NICOLE GOODING

I am an enthusiastic and experienced Educator who is passionate about providing quality childcare. I hold a Certificate in Early Childhood and Education in addition to up to date First Aid Certificate which includes Anaphylaxis and Asthma. I take the opportunity to be involved in training and professional development wherever possible and I believe that training is paramount when working in children’s services.  

I have 4 sons, my 3 eldest are sons are on apprenticeships and my youngest son is still at school. We are all happy to meet with you and you are welcome to visit at any time your child is in care.

Coady’s Family Daycare believes in supporting each child to be independent and to safe and feel secure within their environment.

My Philosophy is to inspire the Early Years Framework of Belonging, Being and Becoming.

I recognise the importance and embrace each child’s strengths, interests and needs and support connections to culture and the community and am an advocate for positive role modelling and influence in children lives.

My program is a play-based and child-initiated opportunity is provided for the children to become capable and resourceful learners who actively contribute to their own learning.
