Welcome to Kalgoorlie Kids.

Kalgoorlie Kids Family Day Care aims to create a purposeful play based learning environment where each child feels welcomed, valued and experiences a genuine sense of belonging. The environment, inside and outside, is designed to support children to independently engage with the resources available in a meaningful way. Research clearly shows children learn best through play. We dig in the sand, care for the chickens, paint for hours and build with a wide variety of construction resources. Kalgoorlie Kids aims to provide a language rich environment where conversation and book reading are woven throughout the day.

The children who attend Kalgoorlie Kids are encouraged and supported to be independent, to make decisions and experience the joy, sense of achievement and disappointment and consequences of their actions and choices. A predictable routine provides children with the stability they need to explore, experiment, take risks and learn through play and interactions with others.

Most importantly we build relationships and have fun!
